As a member of the leadership team in the compensation practice, Rosenth provides direct project management and advisory services on compensation and total rewards-related engagements. Rosenth brings extensive in-house and consulting experience to Eckler in all areas of total rewards and compensation. He has experience leading client-focused projects in various sectors including financial services, technology, broader industrial (retail, mining, transportation, etc.), and broader public sector. His focus includes executive and workforce compensation with work in market benchmarking, analysis, and salary structure design, sales incentive design, pay equity, and job architecture. Rosenth also has experience working on client projects in various national markets including Canada, the US, and India.

Before joining Eckler, Rosenth was a people leader at a large organizational consultancy firm where he was responsible for growing the Western Canada practice. Rosenth takes a client-centric approach to compensation by partnering with clients and key stakeholders to understand business strategy, organizational needs, market practices, and change management to deliver data-driven solutions.

In his spare time, Rosenth is an active squash player and has a passion for growing fruits and vegetables in his backyard garden. He tells us his lemon trees are starting to produce well.
