James has consulted to clients on their pension plans (defined benefit and defined contribution) in both the public and private sectors, in Manitoba and other jurisdictions. He has been actively involved over the past twenty years with retirement quotation, counselling, and retirement education services to members of defined contribution plans.
James holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Manitoba and a life agent license in Manitoba.
