Experience
A senior consulting actuary and Principal, Philip joined our Halifax office in 2013. He has consulted to a wide range of private and public sector clients on plan design, funding, administration and accounting for their registered pension programs, supplemental programs and post-retirement/employment benefit programs.
Philip graduated from Dalhousie University with a degree in mathematics. He is a Fellow of both the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. Philip currently serves on the Atlantic Council of the Association of Canadian Pension Management (ACPM).
Before Eckler, Philip spent 15 years with another major international consulting firm in Halifax.
