Constance Dalmadge Hall

An actuary and Eckler Principal, Constance leads our Jamaica office. She has over 30 years of professional experience throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America, more than one-half of those with Eckler.

Constance is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and the Caribbean Actuarial Association.

Her work encompasses social security, employee health and welfare benefits, retirement plans and general insurance. She consults in both the public and private sectors to a clientele that spans all business sectors.

Constance is committed to the highest level of professionalism. She offers excellent, timely service working with Boards of Directors, Trustee Boards, Finance and HR professionals.  She conducts training for Trustees and Administrators, Meetings of Plan Members and Seminars.
