Eckler’s 2025 Compensation Planning Survey

Eckler has launched its third annual compensation planning survey. In a year where the war for talent continues, and the Bank of Canada remains cautious on inflation and future interest rate cuts, organizations will continue to look for creative ways to attract and retain talent through their total rewards strategies.
