Experience

A Principal in Eckler’s Quebec City office, François joined the firm in 2002. He works with a broad range of worker’s compensation and pension clients in the public and private sectors, across various jurisdictions including several provincial boards and large employers.

Throughout his career, François has advised corporations and provincial boards on workers’ compensation claims liabilities, financial projections, premium calculations and asset liability studies. François’s other experience includes advising pension committees on pension and employee benefits matters including all aspects of valuation, administration, plan design, governance and funding.

François is passionate about his profession and his commitment to his clients. He is known for his strong technical expertise and his ability to make the complex simple for clients.

A graduate of the Actuarial Science program at Laval University, François is a Fellow of both the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.
