Paul is a senior pension strategist with more than 25 years of experience advising public and private sector organizations across Atlantic Canada. Based in Halifax, Paul is deeply connected to the region and passionate about strengthening retirement outcomes for employers and their employees. He brings a broad perspective shaped by leadership roles in consulting and in house at a large national pension plan, combining technical actuarial expertise with a practical understanding of governance, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
Throughout his career, Paul has advised boards, trustees, and senior executives on pension design, reform, mergers, funding strategy, and long-term risk management. He is known for translating complex actuarial and policy issues into clear, actionable insights that support informed decision-making. A recognized thought leader in the retirement space, Paul has been invited to speak at national industry forums and regularly contributes to conversations shaping the future of workplace retirement programs in Canada.
