Cette ligne directrice est parue pour la premi\u00e8re fois en mars 2014 dans le but de faire la lumi\u00e8re sur les droits et responsabilit\u00e9s des parties prenantes des r\u00e9gimes de retraite \u00e0 cotisation d\u00e9termin\u00e9e (CD) \u2013 dont les administrateurs, les fournisseurs de services et les participants \u2013 et d\u2019offrir des conseils aux administrateurs sur les outils et renseignements devant \u00eatre fournis aux participants pendant la p\u00e9riode d\u2019accumulation, \u00e0 l\u2019approche de la p\u00e9riode de paiement et pendant la p\u00e9riode de paiement.<\/p>\n<p>Comme les r\u00e9gimes CD continuent d\u2019\u00e9voluer et que de plus en plus de participants atteignent l\u2019\u00e2ge de la retraite, la ligne directrice a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e en r\u00e9ponse aux demandes des parties prenantes soucieuses d\u2019obtenir des directives plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur les meilleures pratiques applicables \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9caissement. Elle fournit aussi des exigences additionnelles concernant la divulgation des frais.
