Ce pourcentage est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation r\u00e9elle de 3,4 % observ\u00e9e en 2025, ce qui t\u00e9moigne d\u2019une approche plus prudente de la gestion budg\u00e9taire, dans un environnement marqu\u00e9 par le ralentissement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et la stabilisation de l\u2019inflation. Bien que la Banque du Canada ait amorc\u00e9 une baisse des taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat afin de r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt de l\u2019emprunt et de stimuler la croissance, la hausse du ch\u00f4mage et l\u2019incertitude persistante incitent les employeurs \u00e0 demeurer conservateurs. Les tensions commerciales entre le Canada et les \u00c9tats-Unis alimentent \u00e9galement l\u2019incertitude \u00e9conomique, incitant les employeurs \u00e0 trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre la ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de fid\u00e9liser et de r\u00e9compenser leurs talents cl\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cette baisse constitue la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive de ralentissement de la croissance salariale au Canada.
